I dropped my computer off with Ultra Tech, and Cheyanne asked many questions to make sure she understand what was going on. I appreciate that. As someone who is always busy, I was glad to know that they knew everything up front, and did not really have time to . We asked Travis to come out to give our slow running laptop a tune-up and to check why my iPad wasn’t holding its WiFi connection. Travis responded to our inquiry immediately, worked with us to schedule a convenient appointment, and was on time. Laptop now running smoothly and iPad back on WiFi. He answered my many questions in plain language. We will definitely call him again and recommend him.
