I want to express my extreme gratitude and awe at the expertise, customer service, and sheer niceness of Travis. We were experience problems with our network. First off he came earlier than expected. I like that! Than he quickly analyzed the our office network, and did what he does best. I really do appreciate his professionalism and courtesy. Travis could not have been more delightful and helpful. Ultra Tech is a stellar example of the customer service that makes a positive difference when working under pressure.
